Site Supervisor – Seasonal Per Event
Job Summary
Seeking a seasonal Site Supervisor on a per event basis to take the lead in site supervision, quality control, site integrity and site operations. Successful candidates will be talented team leaders, as the role centers around establishing and improving execution, evaluation, and communication of ESC policies and practices. This is a hands-on position requiring considerable time in the field. This position will be based out of New York and/or New Jersey.
Job Description
The ESC Site Supervisor responsibilities include training, performance monitoring, planning, analyzing, quality control and hands on support, to ensure that seasonal employees in-storm are working effectively and efficiently. Time management and self-motivation are key. The Site Supervisor conducts meetings and prepares analytical reports and summaries for higher-level management. Travel may also be required to regional offices or branches to work directly with them.
REQUIREMENTS
- 24-Hour availability for winter events
- Enforce ESC Safety protocols for equipment use and on-site personnel including reporting safety violations and misconduct
- Extensive hands-on onsite support
- Directing and overseeing crews on site(s)
- Assess and evaluate staff performance and quality control in-event
- Communicate effectively with ESC management in a timely manner
- Represent field employees to management
- Track consumable resources and report equipment status
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
ESC Site Supervisor position requires snow industry-related experience. Successful candidates must display:

- Experience managing complex site(s) for snow removal
- Excellent organization skills
- Experience evaluating and training team members
- Analytical, goal-oriented work style
- 24/7 In-season availability
- Strong employee interpersonal skills and communication
- Fluent in English
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferable but not required
- Minimum 3-5 years active snow experience in a similar position
